About the role
Responsibilities
- Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs
- Maintain clear and organized records for reports and invoices
- Post invoices using computer programs
- Conduct inventory audits to determine levels and needs
- Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies
- Verify and track received inventory and complete reports and logs
- Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports
- Receive, unload, and process deliveries
- Monitor PAR levels for all food items
- Coordinate tasks with other departments and mentor team members
- Adhere to food safety and handling policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
