About the role
Responsibilities
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
- Organize and maintain files, records, and cash equivalents
- Analyze computerized financial information and summarize numerical data
- Prepare and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, and payroll reports
- Complete period-end closing procedures
- Issue bills, invoices, and account statements
- Resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
- Coordinate tasks across departments and mentor team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality
