Finance Transformation Manager (ERP & Finance Systems)

Responsibilities

• Document and analyse as-is finance processes across record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, premium accounting, billing and treasury cycles
• Design to-be process models aligned to target system architecture and group accounting policy
• Define selection criteria, run RFI/RFP processes and evaluate ERP, billing, reconciliation and reporting solutions
• Lead or co-lead end-to-end finance system implementations including configuration, integration, testing and cutover
• Design and govern the finance data migration approach, including mapping, cleansing and reconciliation
• Ensure target design embeds financial controls, segregation of duties and audit trails
• Develop training materials and drive user adoption through change management

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent practical accounting experience
• End-to-end ERP or finance system implementation or migration experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA, FI/CO) or comparable ERP platforms
• Experience with billing, sub-ledger, premium accounting or payables/receivables engines
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and statutory reporting
• Familiarity with IFRS; insurance accounting concepts are an advantage
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience
• At least 8 years relevant experience, including 4 years in finance systems transformation

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL or equivalent data interrogation skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
