About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support month-end close and preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements
- Reconcile advisor commission income received and review advisor entitlements
- Prepare accurate advisor payaway schedules
- Work across NetSuite for accounting and HubSpot for advisor and revenue information
Requirements
- Accounting and financial reporting experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite and HubSpot
