About the role
Responsibilities
- Capture required inputs from customers to provide reliable advice
- Review and explain engine-generated advice plans
- Handle human-required cases to ensure good customer outcomes
- Perform QA review of engine-generated plans
- Manage escalations from the support team
- Act as the customer's expert voice on plan meaning and next steps

- Must be a qualified professional in financial advice
- Expertise in building customer connections
- Experience in reviewing and explaining financial advice plans
