Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and forecasts to assess performance
• Monitor key financial metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations
• Assist in cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements
• Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights
• Perform investment analysis and cost-benefit evaluations
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and principles
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Certification such as CA, CFA, ACCA, or CPA
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
