About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and forecasts to assess performance
- Monitor key financial metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations
- Assist in cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements
- Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights
- Perform investment analysis and cost-benefit evaluations
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and principles
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Certification such as CA, CFA, ACCA, or CPA
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
