About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Group and Overseas Locations Authority Delegation Manual (ADM) and related system configurations
- Support business groups in establishing, maintaining, and updating ADM
- Configure the IProc system relating to ADM changes
- Explore innovative ideas for automation, modernization, and simplification of processes
- Prepare various MIS reports
- Identify areas to automate processes in line with bank policy
- Recommend suitable ADM alignment across business groups to ensure consistency
- Safeguard all original sign-off documents and related papers
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- Minimum 3 years of related system experience
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of banking operating systems, specifically Oracle and procurement-related applications
- Knowledge of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
- Understanding of bank-level authority manuals and SOPs
