About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Oversee general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance against forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Partner with leadership to support audits, reporting, and financial decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in financial controlling or accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and internal controls
- Experience supporting senior leadership, external auditors, tax advisors, and investors
- CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a plus
