Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function, covering the FP&A Manager during maternity leave
• Prepare monthly income reports and executive financial presentations for senior leadership
• Lead annual budgeting, bi-annual forecasting and 3-year strategic planning for the UAE PSNM business unit
• Review P&L statements, capex allocation under IAS 38 and quarterly sales commissions
• Transition to Financial Controller, leading month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
• Lead annual external and internal audits as primary auditor contact
• Ensure IFRS and statutory compliance, and maintain internal controls and financial policies
• Lead preparation and submission of VAT returns

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 7-10 years of FP&A experience in corporate or commercial finance
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel expertise
• Experience with HFM Oracle or Apollo finance systems
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA qualification
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services or multinational organisations
