About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and assist in resolving overdue accounts
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to enhance billing and collections efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on billings status and key metrics
- Support month-end close activities by reconciling Accounts Receivable
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer billing inquiries
- Support collections efforts and apply customer payments to appropriate accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or financial operations
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software
- Experience with or exposure to AI-powered tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
