Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the company-wide forecast (P&L and balance sheet) with the CFO
• Build driver-based and scenario models supporting strategic decisions
• Own modeling of billings, deferred revenue and cash across monthly and annual plans
• Analyze renewal rates, churn, subscriber mix and cohort behavior
• Partner on CAC/LTV analysis and unit economics
• Build financial analysis and materials for board meetings
• Design and own the FP&A data and automation layer, including AI-supported forecasting
• Own the FP&A calendar and strategic roadmap
• Deliver ad hoc analyses supporting executive decisions

Requirements

• 6-10 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally SaaS or subscription
• Experience rebuilding recurring finance processes with AI or automation
• Fluency in ARR, churn, renewal rates, CAC and LTV
• Ability to build a driver-based three-statement model
• Comfort with SQL or Python, or willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Headcount and operating expense modeling
• FP&A tooling beyond Excel (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Power BI)
• Board reporting or fundraising materials experience
