About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as FP&A subject matter expert for Special Projects, providing strategic financial insights
- Develop multi-year financial models and scenarios for the capital project pipeline
- Drive end-to-end multi-year budgeting process (OPEX, CAPEX)
- Monitor budget utilization, identify risks, and escalate issues with supporting analysis
- Prepare and summarize financial information for administrative stakeholders
- Review financial reports and variance analysis prior to senior FP&A leadership submission
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5-7 years experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or financial performance analytics
- Expertise in strategic financial planning, multi-year budgeting, advanced financial modelling
- Strong experience advising senior stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, data analytics tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- English working proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree
- Experience in UAE higher education or academic environment
- ERP implementation experience
- Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics in FP&A
