Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist (Special Projects)

Responsibilities

• Act as FP&A subject matter expert for Special Projects, providing strategic financial insights
• Develop multi-year financial models and scenarios for the capital project pipeline
• Drive end-to-end multi-year budgeting process (OPEX, CAPEX)
• Monitor budget utilization, identify risks, and escalate issues with supporting analysis
• Prepare and summarize financial information for administrative stakeholders
• Review financial reports and variance analysis prior to senior FP&A leadership submission

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
• 5-7 years experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or financial performance analytics
• Expertise in strategic financial planning, multi-year budgeting, advanced financial modelling
• Strong experience advising senior stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, data analytics tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• English working proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree
• Experience in UAE higher education or academic environment
• ERP implementation experience
• Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics in FP&A
