About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to University Administration leadership
- Manage development of multi-year financial models and scenarios
- Drive end-to-end multi-year budgeting processes for manpower, OPEX, and CAPEX
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and track spend against budget
- Support the preparation of financial analyses, reports, and dashboards
- Monitor budget utilization and identify emerging risks
- Ensure timely delivery of recurring financial and budget reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic financial planning and advanced financial modelling
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAE's higher education or academic environment
- ERP implementation experience
- Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics in FP&A
