About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire and solicit new bancassurance business through cross-selling and referrals
- Identify customer financial needs through analysis and planning
- Work independently to follow up on cases and close deals
- Provide superior customer service in accordance with bank standards
- Ensure compliance with external regulatory codes and internal policies, including KYC and AML
- Assist in investigating and handling bancassurance complaints
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant insurance sales experience with an excellent track record
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance from a reputable institution
- Preferably registered RI (Type 1 & 4) with HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8
- Must be registered TR with IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & 5
