Financial Reporting specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and disclosures in compliance with IFRS
• Manage and execute the consolidation process for various entities and subsidiaries
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs and key metrics
• Liaise with data analytics teams to automate reporting via Tableau, NetSuite, or Cursor
• Collaborate with external auditors to manage timelines, deliverables, and findings
• Support strategic projects including debt financing, due diligence, and company valuation
• Assess accounting and compliance implications for new product setups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in financial services or banking
• Proven track record in preparing management reporting packs and group financial consolidations
• Proficiency with advanced Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience managing end-to-end audit processes

Preferred Qualifications

• ACCA or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools such as Cursor or Power BI
• Experience in Islamic financing and Shariah compliance
• Proficiency in Arabic
