About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls using client-provided prospect lists
- Use approved financial-services scripts to generate interest
- Schedule qualified prospects for Zoom meetings through Calendly
- Send personalized individual emails through Gmail
- Maintain organized prospect and outreach records in Excel or Google Sheets
- Track appointments scheduled and outstanding follow-ups
Requirements
- Previous cold calling and appointment-setting experience
- Proficiency with Power Dialer systems
- Strong spoken and written English with native or near-native accent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with Gmail and Calendly
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or banking is a plus
