Financial Systems Lead

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial platforms (QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, industry ERPs) and advise leadership on selection
• Design and lead ERP implementations with partners and company finance teams
• Establish financial-systems standards and governance across the network
• Assess vendor and partner proposals and challenge over-engineered solutions
• Serve as escalation point for financial-systems problems and troubleshoot hands-on

Requirements

• 7-12 years in ERP implementations, financial-systems leadership, or enterprise accounting
• Deep hands-on NetSuite knowledge and experience with other financial-systems tools
• Strong judgment on financial-systems architecture and trade-offs
• Experience evaluating technology vendors and solutions
• Comfortable with ambiguity and growing organizations
• Clear communication with finance teams, partners, and executives
• Hands-on individual contributor willing to troubleshoot

Preferred Qualifications

• Led ERP implementations for multi-subsidiary or complex companies
• Experience as a financial-systems consultant, solution architect, or in-house finance technology leader
• Evaluated and managed multiple financial-systems platforms
• Background in financial operations, corporate accounting, or finance technology
• Hands-on expertise in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar cloud platforms
