Finnish Recruitment Coordinator – Healthcare Staffing

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey
• Communicate with healthcare professionals and potential candidates
• Screen candidates and conduct initial conversations
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates
• Keep candidate information and recruitment processes structured and up to date
• Support candidates with information about the recruitment process and working in Norway
• Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout their journey
• Work closely with the rest of the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and professional process

Requirements

• Speak and write Finnish and English confidently
• Highly organized and able to manage several candidates and processes at the same time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Swedish at B2 level or higher is a strong advantage
• Comfortable speaking with new people by phone and video
• Takes ownership of tasks and follows through
• Can work independently in a fully remote environment
• Comfortable using digital tools and systems
• Has a suitable home-office setup and reliable internet connection
• Previous experience in recruitment, coordination, healthcare staffing, customer service, HR, or a similar people-focused role is an advantage
