About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Captain in all aspects of flight preparation, navigation, and operation
- Maintain continuous and independent check of aircraft position, terrain, and weather
- Provide clear communication, advice, and support to the Captain
- Uphold high standards of discipline, conduct, and personal appearance
- Assume command in the event of Captain incapacitation
Requirements
- Minimum 2,000 hours total flying time (Criteria A) OR 1,500 hours total flying time (Criteria B)
- Minimum 500 hours on type (Criteria A) OR 1,000 hours on A320 family (Criteria B)
- Flown A320 family within last 12 months
- Valid A320 type rating
- Unrestricted ATPL or frozen ATPL
- Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical
- Age under 50
- English language fluency (written and verbal) – ICAO Level 4 or better
