About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and investigate customer and transactional data to identify suspicious activity
- File SARs and CTRs with regulatory agencies for escalated activity
- Maintain service levels and workload in accordance with compliance standards
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries
- Maintain production, quality, and leadership standards for assigned workstreams
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Less than one year of related experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage daily workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-sufficient and well-organized
