Fixed Assets Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end processes linking physical asset activity in Nuvolo to fixed asset records in NetSuite
• Partner with Data Center Asset Managers and Senior Fixed Asset Accountants to align asset hierarchies and accounting requirements
• Lead business requirements, testing, and implementation of integrations between CMMS and ERP systems
• Establish mechanisms to connect work orders and maintenance activities to relevant physical assets and ERP records
• Develop business rules and escalation workflows for capitalizable betterments and asset retirements
• Establish recurring reconciliations between CMMS asset registers and ERP fixed asset records
• Develop reporting for integration status, reconciliation results, and data quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in fixed asset accounting, capital asset management, or business systems analysis
• Strong technical comprehension of fixed asset accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as Nuvolo, ServiceNow EAM, or Maximo
• Proven experience managing business requirements for integrations and automated data interfaces
• Experience establishing internal controls and audit trails compliant with SOX
• Strong analytical and data-manipulation skills
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
