Fixed Income Sales

Responsibilities

• Strengthen DBS's Fixed Income franchise through the distribution of Fixed Income Products to onshore investors
• Assist in building the Fixed Income Platform through offerings in cash bonds, Swap solutions, and other value-added services
• Support in facilitating flow business with GFM Credit Trading to service liquidity in bond markets with clients
• Provide regular market updates and trade ideas to help the team achieve the financial budget
• Assist in Fixed Income product distribution, including pitching Primary and Secondary deals, trade execution, and settlements
• Aid in Primary deal placements into investors and driving reverse inquiry private placements
• Prepare market data reports and share market information to facilitate better market-making and DCM capabilities
• Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by team head

Requirements

• Degree holder with a minimum of 6 years of experience in capital markets
• Experience in sales advisory, specifically in Credit or Rates Sales
• Good interpersonal skills and product knowledge in Fixed Income cash bonds
• Knowledge in derivatives such as Interest-Rate Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, CDS, REPOs and other related products
• Solid business relationships with market participants
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• RI license holder with passes in HKSI Licensing Exam (Paper 1, 7, 8) or equivalent
• Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
