Responsibilities

• Greet passengers warmly as they board and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure passengers comply with safety regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing passenger inquiries and concerns.
• Serve refreshments and meals, attending to special requests when possible.
• Handle unexpected situations or emergencies with professionalism and poise.
• Keep the cabin tidy and organized throughout the flight.
• Engage actively in training programs to build your skills as a flight attendant.
