Floorplan Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of independent and franchise automotive dealers using floorplan financing solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to dealers, identifying financing needs and providing tailored solutions
• Analyze dealer performance and usage trends to proactively recommend credit increases or restructuring
• Drive utilization of existing credit lines and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct in-person dealer visits and virtual check-ins to maintain strong relationships
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and funding teams to ensure smooth dealer onboarding

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the floorplan finance industry
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or a related field
