Flutter Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Own high-level mobile system architecture and define patterns for stability and speed
• Translate business goals into technical blueprints and manage system trade-offs
• Evaluate new mobile technologies and design migration strategies
• Contribute hands-on code to critical, high-complexity systems
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for mobile production issues
• Optimize app performance, including UI/raster jank and memory leaks
• Partner with Product Managers and Team Leads to align technical roadmaps
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years in commercial software development
• 3+ years dedicated to Flutter/Dart
• Hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
• Mastery of Dart internals and Flutter's rendering pipeline
• Experience with state management (Bloc or Riverpod) and testing
• Experience with high-frequency real-time data handling (WebSockets, protobuf/JSON)
• Effective technical communication skills
• Mentorship and people development mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with native add-to-app Flutter integration
• Experience building CMS-driven or Server-Driven UI frameworks
• Familiarity with dynamic localization and multi-jurisdictional app deployment
• Practical experience profiling mobile app performance
• Familiarity with App Store / Google Play review requirements for gambling applications
