About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure complete satisfaction of guests by maintaining high standards of service
- Attend to guest needs while visiting the outlet
- Strive to obtain maximum efficiency and promote teamwork within and outside the department
Requirements
- At least one year of work experience as a Waitress
- Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information systems
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Basic math skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Food safety training
