About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the respective F&B outlet
- Provide special attention and information to guests regarding restaurant facilities and special promotions
- Offer valuable advice and general F&B related knowledge to guests
- Manage dining arrangements and answer guest inquiries
Requirements
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage guest relations or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of Food & Beverage services and facilities
- Ability to provide high-quality guest service and advice
