About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct mock oral exams under real competition conditions
- Provide constructive, benevolent, and personalized feedback to students
- Advise on areas for improvement and share effective preparation methods
- Grade written assignments and provide pedagogical feedback
- Answer student questions via email or video conference
- Use remote training tools, specifically Zoom
Requirements
- Confirmed experience as a Firefighter (officer or non-commissioned officer)
- Precise knowledge of the tests and expectations of Firefighter competitions
- Proficiency with digital tools and video conferencing
- Pedagogical skills, listening ability, and benevolence
- Ability to analyze and clearly transmit knowledge
