Forward Deployed Engineer, AI

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI agents, extending Voice Agent and Autopilot platforms
• Own enterprise AI deployments from configuration through production rollout
• Design AI workflows, tools, integrations and human handoffs from business processes
• Debug and optimize agents using transcripts, traces, tool calls and evaluations
• Build integrations connecting agents with customer systems, APIs and third-party platforms
• Turn customer patterns into reusable product features with product and engineering
• Lead technical delivery, onsite working sessions and measurable customer outcomes
• Explain technical decisions and tradeoffs to customer executives and operators

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience shipping production software
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
• Experience with APIs, databases, integrations and backend systems
• Experience building with LLM APIs, agents, tool calling or AI-powered applications
• Comfort with prompts, evaluations and agent workflows
• Ability to lead technical discovery and translate ambiguous requirements into software
• Strong ownership, independent execution and ability to manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with voice AI, real-time systems, agent frameworks or enterprise integrations
• Experience in moving, logistics or field services
