Job description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end technical delivery for specific clients
- Run technical calls, reviews, and sign-offs with client teams
- Lead client-specific adapter implementation in customer environments
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams on feature implementation guidance and prioritization
- Contribute field insights to product development and build reusable solutions
Requirements
- Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages like TypeScript and Go
- Experience debugging cloud-native environments including Kubernetes and relational databases
- Ownership mindset and accountability for client success
- Ability to translate technical constraints into business requirements
- Experience in production environment implementation and troubleshooting
