About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and own Bolter's design system from the ground up
- Define interaction patterns for creating, understanding, and steering AI agents
- Shape the experience across the workspace and agent-generated applications
- Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, clarity, and craft
- Help shape the early design and product team as Bolter grows
Requirements
- Experience designing and shipping AI products
- Ability to think in systems and interaction patterns rather than individual screens
- Strong product and design judgement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, pragmatic environment where product is still being defined
