About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and build commercial systems including Salesforce and the commercial stack
- Architect tools, wiring, and custom code using Apex, Lightning/LWC, and APIs
- Ensure commercial data is clean, consistent, and reliable
- Build automation and AI tools to give sales and client success teams an edge
- Grow the commercial engineering function as the business scales
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce
- At least 3 years writing Apex in production
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator)
- Experience owning a production integration between Salesforce and an external system
- Experience shipping Lightning Web Components used daily by teams
- AI-forward mindset with experience building and shipping AI-powered tools
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from scratch
- Strong systems thinking and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Systems engineering
- Experience working with data warehouses and modern data/BI tooling
