Founding Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to structure and drive complex cross-team initiatives
• Design tracking, reporting, and escalation mechanisms to surface risk and progress
• Build processes to ensure predictable and coordinated launch readiness
• Map dependencies across projects and teams without shared reporting lines
• Maintain transparency into program goals and delivery quality through clear written communication
• Identify bottlenecks and communicate trade-offs to resolve them

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management for software, SaaS, or systems development
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-team software delivery programs
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong technical fluency to identify risks in plans and discuss architecture with senior engineers
• Experience with Linear, Jira, or equivalent tooling at scale
• Comfort operating in a fully remote, async-first environment
