About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the business in providing actionable information to support operational and strategic decision making
- Take ownership of expense budgets for various functions
- Manage and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business partners
- Provide detailed monthly reports on actual financial results, including insightful commentary
- Complete month-end deliverables accurately, including variance analysis
- Prepare financial summaries for leadership presentations
- Drive efficiency and accuracy improvements in forecasting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Analytical experience working with complex data sets
- Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts
- NetSuite experience preferred
