About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core operating models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, owning forecast accuracy
- Deliver monthly reporting packages for executive team and board
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance metrics
- Support monthly and quarterly close with variance analysis
- Partner with BI and data engineering to automate recurring analysis
- Use AI tools to accelerate work and raise the analytical bar
Requirements
- 5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or equity research
- End-to-end modeling and forecasting with minimal oversight
- Advanced financial modeling and planning software experience
- BI tools experience (Tableau, Power BI)
- Clear, conclusion-first communication with executives and board
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS or technology experience
- Fluency with modern AI tools
