About the role
Responsibilities
- Attract CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche clinical communities
- Run targeted outreach campaigns and track conversion rates
- Re-engage silver medalists and maintain active pipelines
- Conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, and compensation
- Deliver polished candidate summaries to recruiters using Greenhouse
- Maintain consistent candidate communication and track candidates in the ATS
- Support physician sourcing efforts as directed
Requirements
- At least 1 year of women's health recruitment experience REQUIRED
- 3-5 years of clinical sourcing experience across multiple states
- Expertise in sourcing CNMs, OB/GYNs, and WHNPs
- Experience with creative pipeline creation for passive candidates
- Prior work in start-up spaces with KPI structures
