Fractional Due Diligence Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investment and operational due diligence on fund managers and investment strategies
• Lead due diligence meetings and manager interviews across diverse strategies including hedge funds and private markets
• Perform comparative analysis and peer benchmarking
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports and investment memos for investment committees
• Review and analyze investment materials including pitch decks, DDQs, and audited financials
• Assess operational infrastructure and controls including fund administrators and prime brokers
• Evaluate risk management frameworks and liquidity management
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams to support contract negotiations and regulatory assessments
• Monitor existing manager relationships and conduct ongoing performance monitoring
• Build and maintain due diligence frameworks and standardized assessment criteria

Requirements

• Hands-on leadership experience in Investment Management and Due Diligence
• Familiarity with alternative investments, asset classes, and strategies
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to execute independently and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment
