About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles
- Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ACNM, and other specialty talent resources
- Review resumes and initiate personalized outreach
- Conduct in-depth initial interviews to assess fit
- Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates and escalate concerns to leadership
- Deliver hiring status reports and pipeline updates
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience is REQUIRED
- Experience recruiting CNMs and WHNPs strongly preferred
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (Greenhouse experience a plus)
- Experience with Google Suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
