Fragrance Category Manager - Faces

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category business plans aligned with brand objectives
• Manage departmental budgets, operations and team performance
• Define assortment, purchasing, pricing, merchandising and promotional strategies
• Monitor category performance against competitors and market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with brand partners and suppliers
• Plan brand promotions, product launches and marketing calendars
• Optimize merchandising and space allocation to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with local regulations for brand registrations and imports
• Lead, coach and develop the team

Requirements

• Commercial negotiation skills with brand partners and distributors
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fragrance
• Luxury experience in other beauty categories
• Arabic language skills
