About the role
Responsibilities
- Verify and reconcile revenue transactions from CRM software
- Reconcile automated customer payments to bank deposits
- Assist franchise clients with customer account discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable data entry and vendor payments
- Perform general ledger journal entries including payroll and depreciation
- Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial reporting packages
Requirements
- Associate's degree required (Bachelor's in accounting or finance preferred)
- 3+ years of multi-client bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
