About the role
Responsibilities
- Run virtual trainings with Slovenian-speaking customers on the Root Platform
- Support customers during active data collection phases and drive completion
- Act as trusted point of contact for Slovenian-speaking agricultural users
- Flag churn signals, product feedback and engagement patterns to Customer Success
Requirements
- Native-level Slovenian, written and spoken
- Professional English proficiency
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or customer-facing operations
- Comfortable delivering webinars, workshops and screen-sharing sessions
- Self-organized and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- German language skills
- Familiarity with sustainability, carbon accounting or agricultural supply chains
- Experience with data collection platforms or survey tools
