About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and teach 45-minute online lessons for corporate clients
- Deliver 1:1 private lessons including language teaching and personalized coaching
- Conduct needs analyses, assess levels, and create bespoke learning paths
- Teach online group classes focusing on active learning and communication
Requirements
- C2 level of Italian
- Valid teaching certificate (TEFL, CELTA, or related university degree)
- Experience in online teaching and 1:1 coaching
- English proficiency (B1 level or above)
- High-speed internet and modern laptop/PC with microphone and camera
- Ability to comply with local freelance/contractor regulations
