About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and teach 45-minute online lessons for corporate clients
- Deliver 1:1 private lessons including needs analysis, level assessment, and bespoke learning paths
- Teach online group classes focusing on active learning and communication
- Provide personalized coaching and progress tracking
Requirements
- C2 level proficiency in Italian
- Valid teaching certificate (TEFL/CELTA) or related university degree
- Experience in online teaching and 1:1 personalized learning support
- B1 level or above in English
- Ability to teach business communication, including negotiations and email etiquette
- High-speed internet and a modern laptop with microphone and camera
