Freelance Online Japanese Teacher - Remote

Responsibilities

• Planning, preparing, and teaching online lessons (45 minutes each) for corporate clients
• Delivering 1:1 lessons including language teaching and personalized coaching
• Conducting needs analyses, assessing levels, and creating bespoke learning paths
• Checking progress during lesson time and setting clear goals

Requirements

• C2 Level of Japanese
• Valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or related university degrees
• Experience in online teaching and providing 1:1 coaching or personalized learning support
• Fluency in additional languages: B2 or above in English
• Excellent communication skills to engage and teach students
• High-Speed Internet, Modern Laptop / PC with a microphone and camera
• Must comply with local freelance/contractor regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Speaking more than two languages
• Ability to teach business-related topics such as presentation skills, negotiations, and business email etiquette
