About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and teach 45-minute online lessons for corporate clients
- Deliver 1:1 private lessons combining language teaching and personalized coaching
- Conduct needs analyses and assess student levels
- Create bespoke learning paths and set clear goals
- Monitor and check student progress during lesson time
Requirements
- C2 level proficiency in Mandarin
- Valid teaching certificate (TEFL, CELTA) or related university degree
- Experience in online teaching and providing 1:1 coaching
- B1 level or above in English
- Ability to teach business communication, including presentation skills, negotiations, and email etiquette
- High-speed internet and a modern laptop/PC with microphone and camera
