About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and teach 45-minute online lessons for corporate clients
- Deliver 1:1 private lessons including language teaching and personalized coaching
- Conduct needs analyses and assess student levels
- Create bespoke learning paths and set clear goals
- Monitor progress during lesson time
Requirements
- C2 level of Mandarin
- Valid teaching certificate (TEFL, CELTA, or related university degree)
- Experience in online teaching and 1:1 coaching
- English proficiency of B1 level or above
- Excellent communication skills to engage and teach students
- High-speed internet and modern laptop/PC with microphone and camera
- Must comply with local freelance/contractor regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Multilingual (speaking more than two languages)
- Experience teaching business topics like presentation skills, negotiations, and business email etiquette
