Frontend Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in architectural decisions and champion frontend best practices
• Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features using TypeScript and React
• Partner with product and design teams to shape intuitive user experiences
• Own end-to-end delivery from solution shaping to production monitoring
• Drive improvements in performance, accessibility, and user experience
• Mentor engineers and conduct thorough code reviews
• Work alongside backend engineers and contribute across the stack when needed
• Identify and address technical debt and scalability challenges

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience with RESTful APIs and complex state management (e.g., TanStack Query)
• Experience working with design systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and testing tools (Storybook, Playwright, Vitest)
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Python and Django
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or B2B organizations
