FS Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment for young learners
• Implement formative and summative assessment strategies relevant to EYFS
• Differentiate instruction to cater to individual learning styles and needs
• Integrate ICT and educational technology to enhance learning experiences
• Adhere to all regulations and licensing requirements set by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, B.Ed.) specializing in Early Years or Primary Education
• Minimum of 2-3 years of full-time teaching experience within the EYFS of a British curriculum school
• Proficiency in EYFS framework and British curriculum
• Valid teaching license or registration from country of origin
• IELTS certification
• Ability to meet UAE visa and labor requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching in an international school environment
• Proven ability to manage diverse early years classrooms
